These terms apply to this informational website. The legal entity name, legal contact email, governing law and jurisdiction must be supplied before public launch.

Prototype status

CatalumeX One is a prototype-stage product. Website demonstrations describe the intended workflow and distinguish features that are working now, in testing and planned. Planned capabilities, integrations, manufacturing, installation and service terms are not promises of current availability.

Demonstrations and pilots

An enquiry does not create a contract or guarantee a demonstration, pilot, price, delivery date or commercial availability. Any pilot or demo will require separately agreed scope, access, product handling, responsibilities and commercial terms.

Intellectual property

The website design, text, brand assets, product concepts, software and technical materials are protected by applicable intellectual property law. No ownership rights are transferred through website access.

Acceptable use
